PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency of motor operation and appropriately realize easing of stresses at low temperature time and prevention of decline in coupling strength at high temperature time.SOLUTION: A motor control device 10 comprises a motor 13 created by press-fitting or shrink-fitting the outer circumference of a stator to the inside of a cylindrical housing; a stator temperature sensor 16 and a housing temperature sensor 17 for detecting the temperature of the stator and the temperature of the housing; and an ECU 11 for estimating an interference between the stator and the housing by using the temperature of the stator and the temperature of the housing, and controlling output of the motor 13 by using the estimated interference. The ECU 11 controls output of the motor 13 so as to minimize the loss of the motor 13 at operation time including at least the loss of the motor 13, the loss of a PCU 12, and the loss of a cooling device 14 corresponding to the interference. |
