PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting element.SOLUTION: A light-emitting element includes: a first semiconductor layer; a first light-emitting structure and a second light-emitting structure located on the first semiconductor layer; a first electrode located on the first semiconductor layer; a second electrode located on the first light-emitting structure; and a first trench located between the first light-emitting structure and the second light-emitting structure, exposing the first semiconductor layer, and in the first trench the first electrode and the second electrode are not located.
