<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving evaluation device, capable of automatically evaluating such a driving that a vehicle passes a crosswalk having no traffic lights without deceleration or stop even in a case where a person is near the crosswalk.SOLUTION: An analysis device 5 on an office side confirms image data and driving data recorded by a drive recorder 10. In a case where, on the basis of the result of image recognition, there is no traffic lights (step S45), a crosswalk is detected (step S53), and it is detected that a person is near the crosswalk (step S54), when the brake distance of an own vehicle 8 is equal to or more than a distance to the crosswalk (step S58), the analysis device 5 determines that the vehicle does not decelerate or stop and then lowers the evaluation point of driving (step S59).</p> |
