PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stripper device capable of enhancing reliability of slug collection.SOLUTION: The opening of an upper end in the through-hole of a support substrate is formed to be included in a sheet portion to be punched viewed from above, and a hollow guide part for guiding a generated slug below to a sensor unit is provided to a stripper device. The guide part is configured including the through-hole of the support substrate and extends toward the sensor unit in a vertical direction to a position below the lowermost arrival position of a punching pin.
