The present invention relates to a clogging prevention block for a medicine sprayer equipped with a portable medicine box (10). The block (20) has a bar body (25) at least on one side of a spherical body (22) to show an informal motion trajectory by a fluctuation of the medicine box (10). Accordingly, the present invention can keep a smooth spray function by using a stirring force to prevent entanglement between a plurality of medicines which are inserted into the medicine box while being carried.
