ULTRASONIC CAMERA AND METHOD FOR ASSIGNING CUBIC EFFECT TO 2D ULTRASONICS WAVE IMAGE

The present invention relates to an ultrasonic camera and a method for giving a cubic effect to a 2D ultrasonic image. To this end, the ultrasonic camera comprises: an ultrasonic imaging unit to take a 2D image of an underwater object; a roll control unit to determine a left eye image and a right eye image by controlling the roll angle rotation of the ultrasonic imaging unit; an image processing unit to perform red filtering of the left eye image and blue green filtering of the right eye image determined by the roll control unit; and an image synthesis unit to synthesize the left eye image and the right eye image processed by the image processing unit, wherein the roll control unit determines the left eye image and the right eye image according to the rotation direction of a roll angle in a first 2D image taken by the ultrasonic imaging unit.
