Disclosed is a simulation apparatus for an intelligent power distribution terminal. The simulation apparatus for an intelligent power distribution terminal includes: a performance oriented data base (PDB) management unit to download a PDB from an intelligent power distribution system; an input unit to receive simulation terminal information for executing a simulation; a scenario setting unit to set a simulation scenario by using the PDB and the received simulation terminal information; and a controller to execute a simulation operation test between the intelligent power distribution system and the simulation terminal according to the simulation scenario.
