<p>The present invention provides a discharging device for a magnesium melting furnace to discharge easily and safely sludge from a melting furnace. To achieve the objective of the present invention, the discharging device for a magnesium melting furnace to discharge sludge contained in the magnesium melting furnace comprises: a moving object which is able to move to a random position from a specific height in the upper end of equipment for refining magnesium; a discharging base combined with the moving object to move vertically; a pinion combined with a rotating shaft of a discharging motor fixed to the moving object, and engaging with a rack formed in the discharging base; an intermediate installed to be transferred vertically in the discharging base; a horizontal plate installed in the end of the intermediate, and including a through hole formed in the center; a transferring actuator fixed to the discharging base to transfer vertically the intermediate; a grip actuator fixed to the intermediate, and including a rod located by passing the through hole; and a grip means connected to the horizontal plate to perform close or open operation by operation of the grip actuator.</p> |
