PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stone-sweeping reversal machine for automatically efficiently sweeping unadhering unnecessary stone grains in a manufacturing process of a steel plate roof material or the like for adhering the stone grains.SOLUTION: A horizontal piston 61 freely telescopic in the horizontal direction is installed on a stand 60, and an arm part pin-connected at a tip of the horizontal piston 61 to a 90-degree rotation conveyer 20 is journaled to a horizontal shaft 62 on the stand 60, and a lower end 64b of a 90-degree rotation holding body 64 is journaled to the horizontal shaft 62, and upper and lower air clamps 65 and 66 installed in the 90-degree rotation holding body 64 freely hold one side surface part 1B of a horizontal steel plate roof material 1 from the vertical direction on the 90-degree rotation conveyor 20. As the horizontal piston 61 contracts, the steel plate roof material 1 held by the air clamps 65 and 66 is rotated downwards together with the 90-degree rotation conveyor 20 and the 90-degree rotation holding body 64, and the steel plate roof material 1 held by the upper and lower air clamps 65 and 66 is displaced up to a vertical attitude, and the unadhering stone grains 5 are dropped by their dead weights. |
