PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an input operation with fingers of a hand of a user gripping a portable terminal 1.SOLUTION: An information processor includes: a sensor part (31) having a belt-like detection area where contact by a hand of a user gripping the enclosure of a portable terminal 1 can be detected; a contact determination part (11) which specifies the position where the sensor part (31) detects the contact; a division position determination part (12) which divides the detection area into a plurality of partial areas on the basis of the position where the contact is detected; and a specified operation instruction determination part (14) which instructs the execution of a function corresponding to a partial area where an input operation is detected when the input operation in the area obtained by the division is detected.
