PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic capacitance measuring device capable of increasing speed, improving noise resistance, and achieving high accuracy.SOLUTION: An electrostatic capacitance measuring device (10) includes: a bridge capacitor (12) serially connected to the other end side of an electrostatic capacitance (Cn) to be a measurement object; and a charge/discharge switching element (SW10) serially connected to the other end side of the electrostatic capacitance (Cn) to be the measurement object and connected in parallel with the bridge capacitor (12). The electrostatic capacitance (Cn) of the measurement object is discharged with the charge/discharge switching element (SW10) in a closed state, and charged with the charge/discharge switching element (SW10) in an opened state. A measuring instrument (14) acquires an equivalent value of the electrostatic capacitance (Cn) to be the measurement object on the basis of a potential (Vout) of the other end side of the electrostatic capacitance (Cn) to be the measurement object at the time of a charge process.
