The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for transmitting multimedia information to the current screen of a smartphone while maintaining the current screen, and enabling a developer to understand requirements or opinions of a user. The present invention relates to a method for providing interaction using a virtual screen in a smartphone. The method comprises the steps of: receiving a first input from a user while the user uses a smartphone; executing an interaction mode while maintaining the current screen of the smartphone when the first input is received from the user; recording contents displayed on a screen of the smartphone in the interaction mode to generate and store a video; and transmitting the stored video to a remote server when a transmission command is received from the user in the interaction mode.
