The present invention relates to an AtCYP78A7-specific monoclonal antibody and a hybridoma cell producing the same. The AtCYP78A7-specific monoclonal antibody of the present invention can be useful for: environmental monitoring or homology analysis for amino acid sequences; a physicochemical stability test; animal model tests for allergies; and human health risk assessments through serum IgE conjoint analysis and the likes of genetically modified organisms which overexpress the AtCYP78A7 genes involved in various metabolisms of plants.
