The present invention relates to a transport system for marine topside facilities, comprising: a floor structure to form a transport passage for marine topside facilities; an inner wall which is arranged on one side of the floor structure and to which a barge for loading the marine topside facilities is anchored; an onshore bridge for connecting the one end of the floor structure to the inner wall; and a link beam adhering to the onshore bridge to connect the inner wall to the barge. The floor structure comprises: a plurality of concrete mats stacked one another on the ground surface; a rail arranged on the top of the concrete mats to form a transport passage for the marine topside facilities; and support concrete which is arranged in a predetermined area under the ground surface to have a width greater than the maximum width defined by the plurality of concrete mats. According to the present invention, a structure for bearing the weight of marine topside facilities can be installed at low cost by arranging the large support concrete under the ground surface; and the raised spots on the skid rail, caused by the sinking of the ground can be prevented.
