The present invention relates to a forming method of a radiation coating layer including a vertically aligned graphene, and more specifically, to a forming method of a radiation coating layer including a vertically aligned graphene including the steps of: preparing for graphene solution and binder solution, respectively, to improve the emissivity of an electronic component or an electronic device; and forming the radiation coating layer by spraying the graphene solution and the binder solution. The radiation coating layer reduces the malfunction of the electronic device and heat radiation and increases lifetime by radiating heat on a contact surface of the electronic component and the electronic device in a vertical direction.
