The present invention provides compressed plate type bed soil for rice seedlings, which is manufactured by inputting a composition mixed with 60-90 vol% of coco peat, 5-20 vol% of vermiculite, 1-5 vol% of diatomite, 0.1-3 vol% of a fertilizer, 0.1-3 vol% of a surfactant, and 0.01-1 vol% of microorganisms to a mold of the compressed plate type bed soil, and pressing and molding the same having the thickness of 3-5 mm. The present invention reduces the period of forming a root mat by adding microorganisms which are effective in promoting growth of roots, promotes growth of the roots, and forms the root mat well, thereby smoothly performing insertion to a rice-planting machine.
