FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemical liquid processing of components, placed into drums, and drum construction. Line includes placed in technological sequence baths with drums, which are cylinder-shaped or prism-shaped, installed coaxially with possibility of rotation from common drive in one direction with similar angular rate. Each drum consists of two sections, formed by internal partition and connected via over-pouring window for transfer of processed components from one section into another in zone of larger drum diameter. Each drum is also made with input and output windows for passage of processed components, which are connected to each other, which in adjacent drums are connected to each other by transfer rope, internal cavity of which is made with screw surface, sections of each drum are made with differently directed spiral-like channels, providing movement of components in first section from input window to over-pouring window and in the second section - from over-pouring to output window.EFFECT: invention makes it possible to relies quantity processing of components in continuous flow and provide reduction of line of outer dimensions and energy consumption in component processing.12 cl, 3 dwg |
