A duct removes a tip vortex of a cap fin to obtain additional efficiency improvement. The present invention relates to a ring-type cap fin and a propeller having the ring-type cap fin. The propeller of the present invention includes a boss cap on the back end of a hub of a propeller blade, and includes a cap fin on the boss cap. A duct is integrally formed on the position surrounding the cap fin.
