FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: gear wheel consists of a body in the form of a disk with a hub and of a gear rim with teeth. The outer disk diameter is equal to the outside diameter of the gear rim. The gear rim is made of separate teeth that are not connected to each other, each of them is fixed to the disk by one its end. The dedendum size of every tooth is limited by the length of the working profile of its side surfaces, and the root of every tooth is a plane connecting the borders of both tooth's working profiles on the side of the wheel rotation centre.EFFECT: optimised design of a gear wheel, lower costs of its manufacturing.2 dwg |
