The present invention relates to a high-density compressed wood panel, and more specifically, to a method for manufacturing and constructing a high-density compressed wood panel, which makes a design pattern diversify according to an order and construction, and makes a panel bent when compressing a structure. According to the present invention, the manufacture construction method comprises the steps of impregnating a base material and a finishing material; drying the base material and the finishing material; forming a base material layer; cutting pattern paper; connecting the pattern paper to the base material; completing lamination of the structure; compressing the structure; and finishing processing of a product.
