R : linear or branched, optionally saturated (1-18C)alkyl (optionally substituted by phenyl (optionally substituted by -OR3 or -NR3R3)), or H, preferably H; R1 : H or -C(=O)R2; R2 : H, or linear or branched (1-18C)alkyl; and R3 : H or linear or branched, optionally saturated (1-6C)alkyl, provided that the four R1's are not simultaneously H.
