FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: below versions of the method are applied: a projection is formed and when it is being hardened, it is attached to a sleeper after loss of its material of fluidity during the hardening process; first, a projection is made, and then, it is attached to the sleeper during its hardening; a projection is made, and then, it is attached to the manufactured sleeper; the projection is formed and attached to the manufactured sleeper during hardening of material of the projection.EFFECT: eliminating difficulty of obtaining an item of a complex configuration with simultaneous manufacture of the body of the item and its toothed projections; considerable simplification of a manufacturing process of rail supports of an innovative structure; improving use efficiency of sleepers removed after replacement of worn-out rails.4 cl |
