FIELD: transport.SUBSTANCE: pull rod of a switch with a plastic housing includes pulling head (1), iron core (2) under the pulling head, projecting concave part (3) on the contact surface of pulling head with elements of the switch, horizontally located cylindrical stiffener (4) installed in projecting concave part (3), and step (6) between stiffener (4) and connection shaft (5). Step (6) brings tensile and bending strength to minimum at formation and cooling of the pull rod made by stamping of pulling head (1) and iron core (2).EFFECT: excluding a necessity of a calibration operation after formation of a pull rod, increasing strength of the pull rod and preventing its deformation during operation of a switch.6 cl, 5 dwg |
