Disclosed is a display device, which comprises a display unit which outputs a plurality of content representations using a plurality of image frames, and a remote control signal receiver which receives a control command from a remote control device for controlling a first content representation from the plurality of content representations. The device also comprises a controller which, if the received control command has no effect on another content representation from the plurality of content representations, performs a control operation according to the received control command, and if the received control command affects another content representation from the plurality of content representations, performs control to output a message notifying on the received control command to the other content representation.EFFECT: facilitating management of content viewed by multiple users using one remote control device.15 cl, 25 dwg |
