The present invention relates to a piece of furniture, and more specifically, to a piece of furniture having an integrated structure of a sofa and a table. According to the present invention, the furniture comprises a seat unit; a sofa having a support unit for separating the seat unit from the bottom surface and supporting the seat unit; a table equipped with an upper board unit and a upper board support unit for supporting the upper board unit from the below; and a combining structure for combining the upper board support unit to the sofa. The upper board support unit comprises a horizontal extension unit, which is located in the space below the seat unit and is extended along the horizontal direction of the sofa; and a vertical extension unit, which is extended upwards from the horizontal extension unit and has the upper board unit combined in the upper end. The horizontal extension unit and the vertical extension unit are controlled in length. When both of the horizontal extension unit and the vertical extension unit have minimum length, the upper board unit is accommodated in the space below the seat unit.
