<p>The connector has a ferrule (21) that is provided with a tubular portion (53) to which light conductor (15) is introduced. A squeezing ring (29,34) for fiber optic cable (13) is provided above periphery of tubular portion. A sleeve (23) is provided for fixing fiber optic cable and a protection portion is provided for covering a periphery of fiber optic cable and periphery of squeezing ring. An engaging flange is engaged with protective portion and ferrule. A partition wall is formed for separating a transit space in tubular portion of ferrule.</p> |
