Comment tagging system for streaming video and providing method thereof

Disclosed are a system to tag a comment on a streaming video and a providing method thereof. The present invention enables a user to tag a comment on a specific time point of a video and to share the tagged comment with other users. The provided system to tag a comment on a video according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a streaming module which controls a video to be streamed to a user terminal requesting a streaming of the predetermined video; a reception module which receives a tagging request including the information and comment of at least one target frame among frames included in the video from a first user terminal playing the streamed video; a storage module which stores the comment included in the tagging request in a database in order to correspond to the target frame by responding to the tagging request; and a control module which controls the comment to be displayed in a second user terminal playing the video by transmitting tagging information including the comment of the target frame and information of the target frame to the second user terminal receiving the streaming of the video if the comment is stored in the database.
