FIELD: transport.SUBSTANCE: in crossing signalling hardware control device at both sides in close proximity to railway crossing on each railway line on rails, two axle counting sensors are installed. Sensor outputs are connected with inputs of crossing signalling monitoring and control units via signal processing unit, data input port of monitoring and control unit is connected with port of track transceiver which is connected with transceiver of on-board locomotive control device via digital radio channel. According to proposed solution, along rail line on the way of train movement on the section of approaching or moving away at certain distance from each other passive marks with fixed coordinates are installed where each mark has unique identification number, and on locomotive, corresponding reading device is installed the output of which is connected to one of inputs of on-board control device controller to one of inputs of which locomotive speed sensor is also connected. Crossing signalling hardware control device can be used both on railway sections of low activity without electric operation where no electric joints in rail line strings are present and on backbone roads including those with electric operation of any kind, equipped or not equipped with automatic block signalling devices of any kind.EFFECT: automatic control of traffic on railway crossings permitting to close crossing depending on position, speed and acceleration of approaching train.1 dwg |
