FIELD: instrumentation.SUBSTANCE: according to the method, the rotor is installed on supports with vibration-perceiving resonators, speeded up to the selected rotation frequency, rotor oscillations are recorded, the imbalance is determined and eliminated. At the same time prior to start of rotation, initial parameters of balancing, for instance, rotor weight and required accuracy of balancing, are introduced into an automatic operative unit. Then the balancing mode is determined on the basis of initial parameters: below resonance, resonance or above resonance. Afterwards by the command of the operative unit they automatically set internal frequency of vibration-perceiving resonators and rotor rotation frequency corresponding to the selected mode. The device comprises a rotating device, sensors of vibrations and at least two supports. Supports are connected with vibration-perceiving resonators. Each vibration-perceiving resonator is made as capable of changing internal frequency and realisation of below resonance, resonance or above resonance balancing modes. Devices for modification of internal frequency of vibration-perceiving resonators are connected with the automatic operative unit. At the same time the operative unit is equipped with a device for input of initial parameters of balancing.EFFECT: expansion of possibilities and increased efficiency of balancing process.7 cl, 2 dwg |
