<p>The present invention relates to a method for precisely diagnosing a civil engineering structure and a building by using an optical lens and a telephoto lens. According to the method, the safety of a structure is measured by analyzing an outline image of a photographed structure in a DSP method. The method for precisely diagnosing a civil engineering structure and a building by using an optical lens and a telephoto lens of the present invention comprises the steps of: maintaining the balance of a holder mound, a complex holder, a camera, and a horizontal detector; photographing a structure by having the camera driven by a camera driving unit; extracting the outline of the structure in a structure outline extracting unit by conducting a digital signal process on an image of the photographed structure; calculating a tilt angle of the outline structure with regard to a reference line in an angle comparison calculating unit; tilting a camera mount, and the camera, a telephoto lens, and the horizontal detector installed on the camera mount to rotate around an optical axis of the telephoto lens; and notifying that the structure is tilted as a notification means operates in accordance with a notification signal.</p> |
