One embodiment of the present invention relates to a WLAN information transmitting method and a network system. The WLAN information transmitting method includes the steps of enabling a base station unit to comprise a plurality of remote radio head cells through a plurality of remote radio heads connected to the base station unit; and transmitting information regarding a WLAN access point within the range of the base station unit or information regarding WLAN access point within the range of a cell of which at least one remote radio head takes charge, to at least one mobile terminal located within the range of the network system which includes the base station unit and the remote radio head cell.
