According to the present invention, an oil supply structure in a front side of an oil transport ship comprises: an oil supply port installed in the stem of a hull, being connected to an oil supply source on the sea and ground and an oil supply pipe to supply oil to a storage tank inside the hull; and a pair of supports installed in both ends as the center of the oil supply source, having a curved surface unit to support the oil supply pipe to the surface to face each other.
