<p>The objective of the invention is to provide normal services among all or particular sites by making it possible to select, for each of a plurality of opposed sites, a communication system that is not affected by another communication device on the communication path. In a case where a communication speed enhancement apparatus (2-1) communicates with any one of opposed communication speed enhancement apparatuses (2-2 to 2-N), when the communication speed enhancement apparatus (2-1) receives an opposed apparatus identifier and communication test information including a plurality of communication systems, the communication speed enhancement apparatus (2-1) performs a control such that test data including an opposed apparatus determination flag indicating the presence of the apparatus is transmitted by use of the plurality of communication systems, and the communication speed enhancement apparatus (2-1) then performs a communication speed enhancement process by using, from a plurality of communication systems for which the test data has been successfully transmitted, a communication system that can achieve a target communication speed enhancement performance.</p> |
