The present invention relates to a composition for preventing, treating, or alleviating sex hormone-related diseases or symptoms comprising: (a) a Cudrania tricuspidata extract; or (b) a mixture of the Cudrania tricuspidata extract and a Lepidium meyenii extract. The composition of the present invention increases a precursor of male and female sex hormone and body vitality sex hormone, and alleviates deficiency symptoms of male and female sex hormone, for example menopausal symptoms.
