PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a single-piece intraocular lens which has a new structure by which an inhibiting effect on secondary cataract can be obtained.SOLUTION: An edge part on an outer peripheral side of a supporting part 14 has a curved concave shape at a base part and extends from the base part to a distal end side in a curved convex shape with a curvature radius of 5.25 to 7.50 mm. In a rectangular coordinate system having a geometric center of an optical part 12 as an origin, an edge part on an inner peripheral side of the supporting part 14 is located between a shape obtained by offsetting the edge part on the outer peripheral side of the supporting part 14 by 0.2 mm in a direction to an origin of an X axis and a shape obtained by offsetting the edge part on the outer peripheral side of the supporting part 14 by 1.0 mm, in a region where a Y-coordinate value is equal to or more than 1.0 mm. Further, a distal end part of the supporting part 14 is located in a region where a Y-coordinate value is greater than a radius value of the optical part 12 and in a part outside a circumference which has a radius of 5.0 mm and uses the origin as a center. |
