PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute the management system of quality, environment, health and safety on task and so on as necessary.SOLUTION: Disclosed is a method of achieving registration to an industrial standard comprising: a stage (12) of identifying a request of a client; a stage (14) of visiting the client; a stage (16) of writing a quality procedure and a quality handbook; a stage of re-visiting the client, updating the quality procedure and the quality handbook, and supporting execution; a stage (22) of planning pre-evaluation and registration auditing by a quality management system registration facility; a stage of updating the quality procedure and the quality handbook based on the pre-evaluation and registration auditing, and surely fitting an applicable standard; and a stage of monitoring the condition of the client, and enabling a consultant to surely comply with the request of the client within an assigned time frame. This method is tracked by scheduling and project software. |
