PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an allergic disease-inhibiting composition which contains 6-methylthio hexylisothiocyanate, and is given some consideration to a processing method or a blending amount, and to provide foods and drinks, aromatics, cosmetics, and perfumeries containing this composition.SOLUTION: An allergic disease-inhibiting composition of the invention contains 6-methylthio hexylisothiocyanate, water, and an emulsifying agent, an HLB value of the emulsifying agent being within the range of 10-16. A food having the allergic disease-inhibiting action of the invention contains 6-methylthio hexylisothiocyanate at a blending ratio of 0.01-0.1 weight % by weight. |
