PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote radio control system that is used for submerged arc furnace reactive power compensation.SOLUTION: A control system of the present invention includes a remote radio control device and a submerged arc furnace reactive power compensation device. The remote radio control device includes an MS-RSCM302 communication condition conservation module and an MS-NC2 serial port switching module. The submerged arc furnace reactive power compensation device includes a control panel and an automatic compensation capacitor. The automatic compensation capacitor comprises two or more compensating units. The present invention is configured such that data acquisition is performed by remote internet communication using wired broadband, wireless transmission, 3G, etc., and each on-site remote surveillance and reading of the data are achieved by installing custom software in a personal computer and a smartphone. Thereby, the submerged arc furnace reactive power compensation device achieves the function of remotely controlling a real operating condition, and solves such problems of maintenance that on-site maintenance is complicated and maintenance time is long. |
