<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heater unit capable of suppressing the contamination of a carbon lamp heater by covering it with a heater element made of ceramic charcoal, and radiating a far infrared ray from the heater element heated by the carbon lamp heater, and a heating cooker equipped with the heater unit.SOLUTION: A heater unit 23 for heating an object to be heated includes a carbon lamp heater 24, a heater element 28 made of ceramic charcoal arranged on a side where the object to be heated is arranged of the carbon lamp heater 24, which is heated by a far infrared ray radiated by the carbon lamp heater 24, and a reflection member 30 arranged on a side facing the heater element 28, which reflects the far infrared ray radiated by the carbon lamp heater 24. The carbon lamp heater 24 is surrounded by the heater element 28 and the reflection member 30.</p> |
