The noise suppressing body includes a first sound absorbing material layer arranged apart from an inner surface of a tire tread part through a cavity and a second sound absorbing material layer disposed at the rim side of the first sound absorbing material layer and having lower air permeability than the first sound absorbing material layer.</p>
