PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the return of an image processing controller or image forming apparatus externally fitted in association with processing of a schedule print job as much as possible, to achieve power saving.SOLUTION: An image processing controller 101 determines the power state of an image forming apparatus 102 (S802) when a schedule print job is input, transmits the schedule print job to the image forming apparatus 102 at a reserved time (S803 to S805) when the power state of the image forming apparatus 102 is in a sleep state, and transmits the schedule print job to the image forming apparatus 102 before the reserved time (S807) when the power state of the image forming apparatus 102 is in a standby state. |
