摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily producing a light absorption layer of a solar cell in a non-vacuum process at low cost.SOLUTION: In a method for producing a light absorption layer of a solar cell, a light absorption layer can be formed in a non-vacuum process at low temperature by the steps of: a first step of mixing a plurality of metal complexes in which xanthates are coordinated, and dissolving the mixed metal complex in a solvent, to obtain solution; a second step of applying the solution to a substrate having an electrode formed thereon; a third step of evaporating the solvent of the solution applied to the substrate at temperatures of 70-90°C in an inert gas atmosphere; and a fourth step of evaporating the solvent, and then heating and baking the solution at temperatures of 100-300°C in the inert gas atmosphere.
