PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique which can be expected to effectively use a deletion print function while suppressing disadvantages to users.SOLUTION: When receiving a print instruction utilizing a deletion print function, a printer driver 40 acquires a line requiring no printing in image data of a print object. Then, the printer driver 40 determines whether or not the number of deletion lines as the number of lines requiring no printing is more than a reference number of lines required for reducing the prescribed number of sheets to be printed. When the number of deletion lines is more than the reference number of lines, the printer driver 40 generates print data based on deletion image data as image data obtained by deleting the lines requiring no printing in the image data of the print object. |
