PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To visually support the guidance of a user up to a target shelter.SOLUTION: The present location of a user portable terminal is measured as a present user location, an azimuth angle of the user portable terminal is measured as the present user azimuth angle, a retrieval of the memory is performed using a retrieval key as the present user location, and thereby, the information satisfying predetermined conditions is extracted as a plurality of candidate shelters from the plurality of shelters, and a relative location for the present user location of each map location of the plurality of extracted candidate shelters is calculated based on a plurality of map locations of the plurality of extracted candidate shelters, the present user location, and the present user azimuth angle, and identification information representing each of the plurality of extracted candidate shelters is simultaneously displayed on a screen so as to match with a reference position set on the screen and match with the reference line set on the screen in azimuth at each of the relative positions calculated about the plurality of extracted candidate shelters. |
