PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a transparent conductive laminate for simplifying a flow of manufacturing processes.SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a transparent conductive laminate includes: an exposure step of exposing a first resist 14a and a second resist 14b; a development step of developing the exposed first resist 14a and the second resist 14b; and an etching step of etching a first transparent conductive layer 13a by using the developed first resist 14a as a mask, and etching a second transparent conductive layer 13b by using the developed second resist 14b as a mask. The first resist 14a has a function of inhibiting exposure of the second resist 14b by the exposure light applied to the first resist 14a; and the second resist 14b has a function of inhibiting exposure of the first resist 14a by the exposure light applied to the second resist 14b. |
