PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent conductive laminate, a touch panel and a manufacturing method of a transparent conductive laminate, capable of forming two transparent electrode layers opposing to each other, through patterning using light irradiated from one direction to the laminate.SOLUTION: A transparent conductive laminate 10 includes: a first transparent electrode layer 16a; a second transparent electrode layer 16b opposing to the first transparent electrode layer 16a; and a functional layer interposed between the first transparent electrode layer 16a and the second transparent electrode layer 16b. The functional layer includes, in a plane parallel to the first transparent electrode layer 16a and the second transparent electrode layer 16b: a light absorption region configured to absorb light having a wavelength of other than a visible range; and a light transmission region configured to transmit light. The second transparent electrode layer 16b has a shape different from the first transparent electrode layer 16a when observed in a lamination direction of the laminate, and includes a shape that follows the shape of the functional layer. |
