PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drug dosage form for prevention of abuse, having a desirable drug release rate.SOLUTION: A formulation forms a network structure within the formulation and forms an outer surface when contacting water, comprising a drug, a high viscous liquid carrier material, and a network-former, and optionally a rheology regulator. The formulation contains, for examples, oxycodone as a drug, isobutyric acid acetic acid sucrose as a high viscous liquid carrier material, cellulose acetate butyrate as a network-former, isopropyl myristate as a rheology regulator, and ethyl lactate as a solvent. |
