<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating film repair method for repairing coating film where a damage occurs in a simple process, and improving durability of coating after repair.SOLUTION: There is provided a coating film repair method of a member having a coating film 3 in which a metal bonding layer 4 and a ceramic layer 5 are laminated in order on a substrate 2, and in which a damage occurred in a part of the coating film 3. The method includes: a film removing process in which an area where the damage occurs and the ceramic layer 5 or the coating film 3 in the vicinity of the damage is removed, and a film removal part 20 that has a tapered cross section 21 having an angle of 5° or more and 20° or less is formed; a blast treatment process in which blast treatment is applied to the ceramic layer 5 of the cross section 21, and the ceramic layer 5 of the cross section 21 is processed into rough surface of arithmetic average roughness Ra at 6μm or more; and a repair process in which at least a repair ceramic layer 30 is formed on the film removal part 20.</p> |
