<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing component manufacturing method, a cutting processing device and a cutting processing method in which a life of a cutting tool can be elongated.SOLUTION: Just before cutting processing by a cutting tool 5, a concave part 9 is formed by irradiating a cutting planned portion of a workpiece 2 with a laser beam 14, and thereafter, intermittent cutting processing is implemented by the cutting tool 5 while supplying cutting oil 13. On this occasion, since the cutting depth to the workpiece 2 is made shallower than the depth of the concave part 9, a time during which the cutting tool 5 and the workpiece 2 separate from each other is given, and reaching of the cutting oil 13 to the cutting tool 5 is made possible. By means of this, especially against a cutting tool blade tip 15 which suffers wearing much, cooling effect and lubrication effect of the cutting oil 13 are made further active, and the effect of wearing suppression and life elongation of the cutting tool 5 can be expected.</p> |
