PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dementia improvement apparatus for supporting improvement of dementia while entertaining a patient.SOLUTION: A dementia improvement apparatus 100 comprises: a communication unit 101 for communicating with a patient's own home 120 or rehabilitation center 140; an input unit 102 for accepting input of a neuropsychological test result 110; an ability stage evaluation unit 103 for evaluating the patient's singing ability; a menu creation unit 104 for creating a singing menu for the patient on the basis of the neuropsychological test result 110 and a result of the evaluation of the singing ability; a test result database 105 for storing the test result; a personal database 106 for storing information on the patient; a menu database 107 for storing a template of a singing menu and the created menu; and a music database 108 for storing pieces of music previously prepared as targets to be distributed.
